Who are we?

Greshamen Properties brings a fresh new approach to the rental market. Covering London and the Southeast of England, we have a number of properties available, ranging from individual rooms to four bedroom houses. Give us a shout with your accommodation requirements.

Making it Easy

We like to take the stress out of moving. All of our properties come fully furnished with modern furniture and tenants have access to a fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, cutlery and modern appliances.

Shared Accommodation

To make your stay as hassle-free and comfortable as possible, we include all bills; council tax, utilities and Wi-Fi in your monthly rent. This makes moving in and out a simple, instant affair. We have professional cleaners in our team who clean communal areas on a regular basis

Availability

We’re available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Every property has a dedicated manager who knows the property and its contents inside out. If you need help with any issues, just give us a shout and we will deal with it as quickly as possible.

Council Services

Emergency and temporary accommodation  –  we’ve got you covered.

We have been working alongside local authorities for  a number of years providing a cheaper,  more comfortable alternative to B&B’s for temporary and permanent accommodation.

We can provide various accommodation – from single rooms in a house share, to flats and four bedroom houses.


The Preferred Choice

Not only are we cheaper than a B&B, but tenants are happier in our accommodations. In a B&B, tenants do not have the option of cooking and washing clothes. This is turn can make their stay extremely expensive as they have to eat out/purchase takeaway for lunch and dinner. With Greshamen Properties we offer generous communal areas and washing facilities so it is easy to see why our accommodations are the preferred choice.

During the often stressful difficult period of finding a permanent home, we do our best to make the tenant as comfortable as possible. Benefits include:

Safety is our Priority

All of our properties adhere to the latest fire safety and health requirement. As standard, our bedrooms have fire doors mains powered linked smoke alarms throughout and emergency lighting on landings and hallways. The bedrooms have a secure keypad entry system in place.

Our properties have public liability insurance and all key members of staff undergo vigorous training.
